Body aches are extremely common in the majority of expecting women, especially if you are carrying more than one baby. Chamomile tea relaxes your tensed muscles and can provide you with some relief from severe body aches.

Boosting immunity is crucial during pregnancy. Chamomile tea can fight off infections and can further improve the immune system.

If you have the tendency to develop mouth ulcers then chamomile tea is the right thing for you. Regular consumption of chamomile tea can prevent mouth ulcers and not only that, you can even use chamomile tea as a mouth rinse to cure prevailing mouth ulcers.

Too much of anything is lethal. Drink no more than a cup of chamomile tea in a day. It is highly encouraged to drink chamomile tea before going to bed to get a restful sleep but you can even drink it while you are working or relaxing in the afternoon.
